If you are buying a home, Lynn will also represent you in connection with any mortgage loan for the purchase.  She will review the loan documents, advise you concerning the legal issues involved, assist you in satisfying the lender’s other requirements, and close the loan.  If you are selling a home in a “short sale” (the sale price is less than the mortgage balance), Lynn will also represent you in obtaining approval of your sale from each of your mortgage lenders.
