Lynn has represented purchasers and sellers of all types of commercial property, including vacant land being held for development; single-occupant and multi-occupant manufacturing, office and retail properties, and multi-family residential properties.  She will prepare (or review) and negotiate the purchase documents, advise you concerning the legal issues involved, assist you in investigating the property (“due diligence”), and assist you in satisfying the other party’s conditions to the transaction and closing the transaction.
