Lease Modifications, Assignments, and Subleases

Leases are usually long-term arrangements. As the needs of the landlord and/or tenant change, due to economic or other reasons, the lease may need to be modified, renewed, or extended so that the lease continues to work for both parties. In addition, the landlord may want to sell the property or the tenant may want to assign the lease or sublease all or part of the property. Lynn will prepare (or review) and negotiate the necessary documents and advise you concerning the legal issues involved.
